Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

American Drapery Systems, Inc. will accept returned products, in un-used condition and in the original packaging, excluding custom orders, which include all curtain purchases, within 45 days of purchase date.  Return Materials Authorization is required for all returns.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the all product purchases totaling $250 or more.  Custom Curtains and custom cut tracks cannot be returned for any reason outside of warranty issues.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

To help ensure timely processing of your product return, please follow the steps listed below before returning any product to American Drapery Systems, Inc.

Before returning a product, you MUST first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from our customer service department. To request an RMA number, email American Drapery Systems, Inc.com Customer Service Department (contact@americandrapery.com) or call 888-252-2568 during business hours (9:00 am- 4:00 pm, Central U.S. time).

American Drapery Systems, Inc. will not be responsible for returns without an RMA number. You must ship the product to American Drapery Systems, Inc. within 15 days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization number and MUST follow these steps:

  • Ship back all products you want to return to the address below, and include the RMA number both inside and outside the package.
  • Include a copy of your original invoice and note which products and what quantities are being returned.
  • All products must be 100% complete, in as-new condition, and must show no signs of installation or damage.
  • Be sure to note the RMA number provided by American Drapery Systems, Inc. on the outside of the box.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return any items, including taxes, duties, and fees.

Upon receipt of your return, American Drapery Systems, Inc. will issue a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling subject to this policy, less applicable restocking fees, to the credit card or check used for the original purchase.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for any applicable refund to be processed.

American Drapery Systems, Inc.’s return policy will not be honored in the event that a return shipment is received by American Drapery Systems, Inc. improperly packaged, altered, or physically damaged.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

If a track or component fails under normal use, please contact us at 866-252-2568 to discuss the appropriate replacement, which will be shipped promptly at no charge as covered under warranty.

American Drapery Systems, Inc. warrants its products to be free from physical defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our option.

Product failures not covered by this warranty:

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the products. It is limited to defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover damage caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, unauthorized modification, extreme temperature, and corrosive environments. This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear associated with the use of the product.
